Job Description
In this role, you have to:
- Perform data-driven experiments and operate in an agile environment.
- Provide HR data-driven insights.
- Assess data sources and technologies available to address business problems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline HR data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to identify and analyze patterns and trends in the HR data field.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as IT and Finance to integrate HR data with other business data sources and systems identify data needs, define data requirements, and develop data collection and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
