Job Description

Job Description
•Collect and analyze HR data to generate accurate reports and support management decision-making.
•Develop, calculate, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
•Analyze HR data trends, identify data inconsistencies, and provide recommendations for process and data quality improvements.
•Participate in the implementation, development, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
•Document HR data processes, monitor data quality, and contribute to the standardization of HR data and reporting practices.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, HRIS, or HR Data Analytics.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
•Familiarity with HR software solutions; experience with international ERP systems is an advantage.
•Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of data analysis, KPI development, and management reporting.
•Good understanding of HRIS concepts and HR systems.
•Good knowledge of core HR processes, including Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Records.
