Implement together a safety program ensuring sustainable high safety and health performance for the entire site (production + nonproduction).
Continuously improving safety and health performance.
Develop, plan, and implement all supporting programs and initiatives to create world-class safety and health performance.
Ensures the correct implementation of the prevention as required by law
Create a good working environment.
Ensuring timely training in safety and health as per legal requirements and as per Puratos group expectations.
Execute safety and health training for the employees.
Participate and act as an active member in the change management process. Provide timely input to the team.
Report results on a frequent basis (monthly report, scorecard, yearly report)
Definition and follow-up of action plans to maintain and further improve the site safety and health performance;
Influencing all relevant departments (production, engineering, planning/supply chain, maintenance, quality, HR, R&D, etc.) in order to align all on putting safety and health as the most important focus area.
Authorities: acts as a backup to represent GolnanPuratos in all contacts with authorities (city, province, national).
External inspecting bodies: fire insurance, liability insurance, etc.
Requirements
Higher technical or scientific education in Safety, preferably a Bachelor's in HSE, (Electro, Mechanics, Chemical, etc.).
At least 8 years of experience as a prevention manager in safety and health, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Occasional travel (once every 3 months) to another region in the country for safety audits.
