- Informing and raising awareness about occupational health and safety and environmental issues.
- Planning and implementing appropriate measures to comply with the principles of safety, occupational health, and environment.
- Updating safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements and informing stakeholders.
- Issuing work permits for hazardous activities.
- Identifying and environmental aspects of the organization's activities with the participation of stakeholders.
- Cooperating in the evaluation and selection of contractors in terms of safety, health, and environmental issues.
- Preparing safety, occupational health, and environmental documents for contractors' activities and notifying them.
- Carrying out periodic occupational health and safety and environmental visits by HSE officials from different units.
- Identify non-conformities through corrective action or preventive action and follow up on the implementation.
- Identify the task of identifying non-conformities with the opinions of senior management.
- Identify and determine safe locations in cooperation with building management/maintenance and repairs.
- Cooperate in developing emergency exit and safe location maps.
- Record incidents and incidents and reports/incidents and analyze them.
- Potential response conditions in emergency situations and plan scenarios for them.
- Planning emergency response plans in coordination with senior management.
- Evaluating emergency response maneuvers and reviewing them.
- Documenting emergency response maneuvers.

- Identifying resources required for HSE implementation and notifying senior management.
- Editing information on purchasing safety and health equipment including PPE, safety signs, etc.
- Requesting purchase of occupational safety and health and environmental equipment.
- Planning for periodic medical examinations of doctors.
- Planning for source separation in administrative and operational units.
