Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Rudeshour Power Plant to:

• Perform maintenance and repair works for I&C power station equipment by following standard procedures or giving advice.
• Ensure that the tasks are executed in a timely, quality, and technically correct manner.
• Assist the electrical maintenance manager in all aspects of maintenance planning and execution.
• Perform the system administration for the plant DCS (Teleperm XP, WIN_TS).
• Advise the I&C maintenance technicians.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on I&C equipment according to a maintenance plan.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair work on malfunctioning or faulty I&C plant equipment.
• Utilize computerized plant management system BFS++ when reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material, and performing maintenance manager's tasks when deputized.
• Support maintenance manager in preparing maintenance procedures and outage planning, and advise maintenance technicians.
• Ensure your safety and the safety of others by strictly complying with plant safety regulations.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training courses and practical training in the field.
• Ensure high quality of workmanship.
• Clarify technical issues with the corporate department, back office, and suppliers.
• Protect the environment by reducing hazardous waste and avoiding unnecessary spillages.
