POSITION SUMMARY

You are responsible for keeping running making the available plant all the time for efficient production and running the mechanical maintenance section efficiently.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Ensure highly efficient, quality, and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e., steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling, and compressed air.
• Plan, perform, and manage design, modify, and improve the Industrial services plant, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage coach & develop IS operators/technician team as per Nestle governance on a daily operation basis.
• Manage and lead the IS maintenance team by providing support on maintenance and improvement (M&I).
• Professional technical in the factory for operational activities during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance objectives, product quality, and plant operations/performance while ensuring that people's health and safety, and product safety are never compromised.
• Manage quality, environment, and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and routines.
• Ensure process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment through routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial services engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing plant.
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience is an advantage.
• High commitment to safety with a high understanding of safety and environmental principles.
• Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect combined with an ability to communicate openly and frankly.
• High level of English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Having a problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.
