At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, the position of IT Services Professional provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for diabetic patients.

About the department:

The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province, and went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

You will be part of the Production Support Department at the Novo Nordisk LMT site. Our team aims to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure to support our production processes. We work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk standards and local regulations. The position:

As an IT services professional, you will:

  • Perform daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, backup solutions, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
  • Conduct system monitoring to ensure hardware and server resources' integrity and availability, while also updating security patching to maintain compliance with Novo Nordisk standards.
  • Develop and refine operation and maintenance procedures, ensuring information backup adheres to company standards.
  • Maintain and analyze the telecommunications infrastructure, performing system and user administration, and rolling out hardware and software.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT activities and projects, identify user needs, work in cross-functional teams, and follow Agile methodology and cLEAN principles in daily tasks including managing OSS (On-site Support Team) and Help Desk.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields.
  • 3-5 years of IT systems/network administration and user support experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012R2, AD administration, Print Server administration, and Endpoint Protection with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
  • Experience with firewall configuration and management, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training, Huawei firewall configuration, router-board Mikrotik, Bacula and Tandberg tape backup, Linux environments, System Center Configuration Management (SCCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, project management experience, networking, good people skills, adaptability to change, and experience in cross-functional teams including a strong command of written and spoken English.
