Job Description

We seek a highly organized inventory control coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory processes and financial activities across our Hong Kong, UAE, and Turkey subsidiaries. In this role, you will ensure accurate stock monitoring, manage tax submissions related to inventory, and handle inventory-related banking oversight. Your expertise in balancing stock levels and improving inventory workflows will contribute to our global operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Balance Checks:

  • Oversee and control stock levels, addressing discrepancies and ensuring accurate inventory records across all subsidiaries.
  • Perform regular balance checks to reconcile inventory data with financial records, ensuring smooth integration and accuracy.

Process Improvement:

  • Apply best practices to streamline inventory management, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for real-time tracking and reporting on inventory status.

Tax and Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit tax documentation for inventory-related transactions, ensuring compliance with international tax laws.
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate inventory and financial data to meet regulatory requirements.

Financial Oversight:

  • Ensure accurate stock valuation and handle inventory-related banking transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to integrate inventory data into financial systems for timely and accurate reporting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze inventory trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Generate and present regular reports on inventory levels, financial impact, and process improvements to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and inventory management software.
  • Experience in handling tax submissions, banking oversight, and financial reporting related to inventory.
  • Full proficiency in English (written and spoken); and additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Turkish) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
