At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, the position of IT ERP Functional Support Engineer provides you the opportunity to work in a high performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating values for the diabetes patients.

The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province and went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.
You will join the Production Support Department at Novo Nordisk LMT site. Our team is in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, and maintaining compliance with Novo Nordisk standards and local regulations. We work closely with various business units and IT outsourced partners to deliver high-quality IT services. Our department is dynamic and fast-paced, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The position
As IT ERP Functional Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Bridging between system providers and line of business (LMT & Affiliate system users).
• Finding and fixing User Errors, documentation\logging and reporting, IT support and troubleshooting.
• Implementation of 1-2 Large system upgrades per year including all their GDPs (CR, Risk Assessment, Compliance documentations…).
• Implementation of 11-12 patch update per year including all their GDPs (CR, Risk Assessment, Compliance documentations…).
• Supporting Test Manager with creating test cases and testing activities during each system upgrade/patch update.
• Handling daily search requests and supporting super users in line of business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have:
• IT related University degree.
• Process understanding - e.g. cLEAN background/knowledge.
• Strong quality and compliance mindset.
• Preferably experience in GMP environments.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
On a personal level, you are quality minded, structured with strong analytical skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
