Job Description

  • Providing technical support services to users.
  • Monitoring and supporting VMware, vSphere and HA, FT, DRS services.
  • Managing and monitoring VMware ESXI servers and infrastructure, initial installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting
  • Designing, implementing, and managing Windows services and environments with a deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Administration.
  • Completing monitoring and checking for possible errors, and solving the problems encountered on the monitoring service.
  • Configuring and supporting one of the firewalls (SOPHOS, FORTIGATE, Kerio)
  • Providing security and backup protocols.
  • Keeping track of IT asset management.
  • Office 365 User administration.
  • Keeping track of payments of Domain, Host, SSL Certificate, VPS, and Internet payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Mastery of network and Network+ concepts.
  • Proficient in IP and Subnetting concepts.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Familiar with servers and storage HPE.
  • Working experience with routers and switches Cisco and MIKROTIK.
  • Working experience with network protocols such as IPSEC, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Sufficient familiarity with the field of VOIP.
  • Sufficient experience in configuration and zoning in CCTV.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and patient.
  • Proficiency in English.
