Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
Working remotely to solve users' problems.
Installing or changing software and hardware to fix issues.
Periodic inspection of computer devices and equipment of users to ensure the accuracy of their function.
Coordinating the installation and implementation of the closed-circuit cameras in terms of software and hardware and support to solve the user interface problem.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, or Information Technology.
Expert in MCSE and CCNA.
Expert in VMware Virtualization.
Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis.
Expert in Site Design with WordPress and Web Hosting.
Familiar with Backup Solutions.
Familiar with Kaspersky Administration Kit.
At least 3 years of experience in the IT department.
