Job Description

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide effective IT solutions.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Manage the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from internal and external datasets.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential IT-related risks.
• Establish and maintain service redundancy to ensure continuous and uninterrupted business operations.
• Implement and manage data backup solutions to safeguard critical company data.
• Develop and oversee disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures or unforeseen incidents.
• Provide user support for using tools and solving equipment issues.
• Manage computer purchases, inventory, and their use at the site(s).
• Manage servers, backups, disk space, and maintenance.
• Improve the network by installing equipment in relation to the Central IT Team.
• Provide process analysis and support to the businesses.
• Implement reporting on IT activities with indicators follow-up.
• Manage an external company when a part of the IT activity is outsourced.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience as an IT manager in a production and distribution company, preferably in FMCG.
• Full knowledge of Budget Management, Server Management, Esxi, Virtualization, Win srv 2019 and higher, Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and higher, Microsoft 365, MS-365 applications, Microsoft Windows 10 – 11, Microsoft Office 2021, Ivanti, and Winbox.
• Familiar with Network +, FortiGate management, Wireless connection, VOIP, Azure, AD, DC, RODC, ADC, Backup solutions, Ticketing tool, ERP, and Salesforce app (Varanegar real-time sync).
• Proficient in network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, risk management, service redundancy, data backup, and disaster recovery.
• Proficient in data mining, BI dashboards, and forecasting algorithms.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Fluent in English.
