Lead IT/IS projects including the design and deployment of new IT/IS systems and services.
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT/IS needs.
Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware systems and software solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Requirements
Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management
information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and database administration
Experience in MIS/ERP
Experience in establishing and improving organizational software solutions
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Ability to manage personnel.
Familiar with T-SQL and database reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar fields.
