Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced IT manager to oversee IT processes and services in our company. You will be in charge of a team of IT experts and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technology operations (infrastructure, business application, and data analytics) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Manage IT infrastructure, and oversee networks, servers, and operating systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Lead IT projects, and drive implementation efforts while meeting timelines and staying within budgets.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
- Coordinate and supervise IT experts, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance and direction.
- Manage budget and track the expenditure.
- Manage IT suppliers and ensure the quality of deliveries and alignment with SLA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related fields.
- Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications (hardware and software).
- Experience in IT Services management concepts and related tools, and knowledge of ITIL standards will be a plus.
- Sound understanding of core business applications and vertical solutions.
- Outstanding knowledge of business processes, and the best practices in logistics, warehousing, distribution, and delivery planning.
- Experience in system analysis and design, and ERP implementation experience will be a plus.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
