Job Role:
We are a reputable pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced IT manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Systems Management: Oversee, monitor, and maintain all IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to maintain productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of hardware (servers, IT devices, UPSs) and software (antivirus, administrative tools) to ensure efficiency.
- Network Maintenance: Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of all network systems and IT services.
- Backup Management: Implement and manage robust backup solutions to safeguard organizational data.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement to retirement.
- Security Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies in line with internal guidelines to protect IT infrastructure.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department’s budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Deliver regular reports on IT metrics and project statuses to senior management.
- Policy Development: Formulate and implement IT policies that align with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with authorized service suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or similar roles.
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of server and hardware management, including Windows servers.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and web hosting solutions.
- Strong understanding of email systems and advanced backup solutions.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems to ensure system integrity.
Soft Skills:
