Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, ideally in the IT field.
- Mastery of project management software and methodologies.
- Proficiency in software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding negotiation principles and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on achieving mutually beneficial results.
- Competence in team leadership.
- Familiarity with information technology and network concepts.
- Capacity to plan, track, and manage several projects concurrently.
- Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A goal-driven mindset backed up by a proven history of achieving or surpassing objectives.
- Experience in creating reports and standard project management documents.
- Comfortable using organizational information technology tools.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building connections and influencing at all tiers.
