Processing application and assortment projects in the best possible way.
Collaborating with technical project managers (discussing briefings, clarifying questions usually for “Development Order” processes, tasting, evaluating samples, selecting samples)
Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces
Developing new recipes, in food and beverage, for customer and innovation projects, developing matching products, and further developing existing recipes.
Providing support in optimizing the recipe portfolio in terms of cost structure, resource use, and quality.
Coordinating with the sampling lab and pilot plant to produce appropriate customer samples.
Participating in customer workshops in collaboration with product management, technical project management, and sales; preparing and adapting customer samples during the workshop.
Checking the production recipe, process parameters, and test plan.
Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology is a must.
2 years of proven experience in application lab or production line.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
