Job Description

  • Processing application and assortment projects in the best possible way.
  • Collaborating with technical project managers (discussing briefings, clarifying questions usually for “Development Order” processes, tasting, evaluating samples, selecting samples)
  • Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces
  • Developing new recipes, in food and beverage, for customer and innovation projects, developing matching products, and further developing existing recipes.
  • Providing support in optimizing the recipe portfolio in terms of cost structure, resource use, and quality.
  • Coordinating with the sampling lab and pilot plant to produce appropriate customer samples.
  • Participating in customer workshops in collaboration with product management, technical project management, and sales; preparing and adapting customer samples during the workshop.
  • Checking the production recipe, process parameters, and test plan.
  • Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology is a must.
  • 2 years of proven experience in application lab or production line.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Customer-focused and consumer-driven skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High level of teamwork skills and responsibility.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker.
  • Good command of English.
  • Awareness of the consumer market.
