Monitor the proper operation of laboratory equipment.
Ensure that laboratory tests are performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of IRI on occupational safety, as well as IMS on occupational safety ZNV.
Monitor the emergency protection, IPS system, fire detection, and gas pollution control system in the laboratory.
Control and ensure timely order of necessary reagents, equipment, spare parts, transportation, and other necessary materials for laboratory work and issuing appropriate WSR.
Quality management of laboratory tests, methods of the tests in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, and support of laboratory equipment at the appropriate level.
Conduct tests of varying complexity in accordance with international standards (ASTM, ISO, Internal procedures, etc.).
Installation and commissioning of equipment in the laboratory.
Provide audits and inspections including leadership safety audits.
Prepare and provide statistical, managerial, and other required reports.
Perform any related tasks assigned by the line manager or the functional manager.
Prepare chemical reagents for testing, monitoring compliance with storage conditions for reagents in the warehouse and the laboratory.
Requirements;
Higher professional education in Chemistry (Bachelor's or Master's), relevant professional certification, or postgraduate program is preferable.
At least 5 years of experience in the specialty; at least 4 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Knowledge and experience of quality control in accordance with ISO 17025 is preferable.
