ZN Vostok (ZNV) seeks an experienced Lead Engineer of Operational Geological Support to join our team in Dehloran. In the oil and gas production, oil refining, and petrochemicals industry, this role is essential to ensure efficient geological operations. You will lead efforts to optimize production processes and enhance the company's drilling operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead geological support during operational activities
- Implement geological strategies to improve production efficiency
- Analyze geological data to optimize drilling and production processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support field operations
- Monitor and report on geological conditions and their impact on operations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with geological best practices
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior geologists and team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology
- Proven experience in geology within the oil and gas industry
- Strong operational knowledge of geological processes
- Ability to work effectively in shift-based operations
