Job Description

• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters.
• Overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
• Advising top executives and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal issues.
• Overseeing a company's in-house attorneys and legal department.
• Setting up training materials and educating employees regarding legal matters.
• Preparing legal forms such as nondisclosure agreements or proprietary information agreements.
• Leading internal audits and corporate compliance initiatives.
• Litigating on behalf of a company.
• Preparing various kinds of resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
• Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
• Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Familiarity with litigation practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
