Job Description

The objective of the role:

  • To do translation affairs in the legal office and protect the intellectual property of the company.

Roles:

  • Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Day-to-day Operations: Supervises the day-to-day operations of legal to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
  • Food Safety Management System: Following up the FSMS tasks that are related to job scope including policies, objectives, procedures, work instructions, HACCP/OPRP/PRP plans, and organizational approvals.

Job Specific Accountabilities:

  • To register trademarks and industrial designs in favor of the subsidiary companies of Savola.
  • To timely extend the trademark certificates in favor of BIC, TPA, NGW, and MDTAS.
  • To draft MOMs of AGM, EOGM, and board in bilingual, follow the signature process; complete the systematic registration near the registry of companies until publication in the gazette.
  • To do drafting different bilingual documents including letters, contracts, addendums, agreements, etc.
  • To translate different documents from English to Persian and vice versa in the legal office.
  • To archive and take care of certificates in the office. To take care of the valuable properties of the company such as title deeds and important permits in the safety box.
  • To prepare reports of the legal cases at different intervals upon request of the IA and the management.
  • To coordinate for official translation of different documents, and legalization by MOFA and embassy upon request of managers (urgent matters).
  • To support uploading legal case reports in the dashboard for HQ access.
  • To systematically archive the legal cases and provide them to the lawyers upon necessity.
  • To support the whole team with sending and interpreting English emails (this is an extra burden for me).
  • To coordinate meetings with the legal manager.
  • To manage BIC and NGW petty cash for legal charges.
  • To take care of all company's share certificates and books. Updating shareholding structure in the books.
  • To support external audits for completion of their tasks semi-annually.
  • To support BA staff in Khorramshahr in the completion of different tasks.
