Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Manager to lead the commercial success of an assigned therapeutic area and product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both Sales and Marketing, with a proven ability to develop business strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable plans and deliver sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, market share growth, and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage the performance of Product Managers and Sales teams within the assigned business line.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, brand strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure achievement of revenue and market share goals.
• Manage product portfolios throughout their lifecycle, including launch planning, forecasting, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
• Manage marketing and promotional budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance commercial capabilities and performance.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical market developments, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, sales management, and brand strategy.
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving sustainable growth.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, market intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
