Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Handle customs clearance processes and documentation for imports and exports.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Maintain communication with carriers, customs officials, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and customs clearance.
• Track and report on logistics performance metrics.
• Develop and implement improvements to logistics processes.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for customs clearance of goods.
• Liaise with customs officials and clients to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to guide tariff classifications and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customs authorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• An intermediate level of English language is required.
• Proficient in Insurance and clearance data and policies and EPL platform.
• Result-oriented personality.
