Job Description
- Analyze and monitor logistics performance.
- Manage new projects and new channels release.
- Assure on-time delivery.
- Plan and execute process optimization for the team.
- Conduct pricing and cost analysis.
- Analyze data to manage delivery times and transport costs.
- Use data to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
- Plan and manage projects and delivery routes.
- Execute distribution policies.
- Supervise, guide, and control the procedures.
- Supervise deliveries to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare weekly reports regarding the distribution flow.
- Monitor and track the progress of deliveries.
- Guide and control manpower.
- Provide data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports.
- Review employee performances and provide feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through efficient departmental activities.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of managerial experience in logistics and distribution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or an MBA graduate.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Outstanding analytic and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent knowledge of customer experience.
- Experience in last-mile logistics is a huge plus.
