Job Description

• Planning and determining the unit based on the principles and policy of the institution and the reference hospital.
• Planning, forecasting, purchasing, and procurement of goods and property
• Preparing and budgeting the needs of organizational units, and adjusting existing guidelines.
• Supervising documents related to contracts related to the purchase of goods needed by the institution, hospital, and transportation forecasting the annual requirements of the units, and presenting reports.
• Specialized distribution and allocation of forces in the subcategories of logistics and vehicles.
• Controlling and supervising insurance policies, risks, accidents, system reports and ticketing, and identification of occupational health points.
• Supervising all transport contracts of the institution and hospital.
• Dealing with and monitoring all market affairs, including costing and process management plans.
• Controlling the operational affairs of transportation, planning the maintenance and repair of cars, and scheduling the renewal of the internal fleet system.
• Planning and improving systems for moving people and goods with continuous control daily.
