Job Description
The incumbent of this job is responsible for the management of repairs and maintenance in the production lines and is also responsible for the mechanical and electrical workshop, planning, and following up the maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Updating and controlling the machine maintenance program, tracking the running machine and its parts, and reflecting the latest loading level of the machine for the best planning of machine maintenance.
- Following up on maintenance activities ensuring that all maintenance steps are carried out correctly, and communicating with the production, and quality team to improve the performance of the device.
- Reporting technical, and quality issues and spare parts, before, during, and after maintenance to carry out corrective actions.
- Following up on unit service related to making & packing machines and providing relevant spare parts.
- Participating in IWS meetings to support production lines in maintenance tasks and related analyses.
- Planning the maintenance budget based on the annual production plan.
- Creating and updating all maintenance documents, process identification, and ISO forms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of work experience in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with the standards, indicators, and methods of the machine maintenance process.
- Familiarity with the annual planning process and budget control.
- English speaking and writing skills are required.
- Computer skills (office programs and maintenance programs).
- Knowledge of teamwork and excellent communication skills.
