Job Description
- Establish the overall project (retail audit) structure, including objectives, schedule, and budget.
- Design store visit documents and checklists to collect quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Select appropriate tools for data collection.
- Determine accurate KPIs to evaluate operational team performance and data quality.
- Design quality control mechanisms to validate data.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in market research or data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis methods and adeptness in using Excel, SPSS, Power BI, and other data processing, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong logical thinking ability, sensitivity to numbers, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, expression, and reporting skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Interest in the FMCG industry.
NOTE: Short-term work missions to other provinces are part of the working conditions.
