Job Description
Main responsibilities :
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with Marketing manager.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Acquiring understanding of the Iranian market
• Supporting proper understanding of Iranian business by performing business analysis on sales, and market shares, market growth and sales for construction
• Being involved in various projects and ad-hoc tasks in close co-operation with other units throughout the organization
• Conducting research for sharing better practices and benchmarking
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
• Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
• Active role in all marketing projects and issues
