Job Description
We are searching for a strategic and creative marketing director to develop and execute impactful marketing plans that drive brand awareness, project marketing management, and customer marketing management. Particularly, the marketing manager will strategically oversee all the marketing and advertising activities in close collaboration with sales management and customer relationship management, including events and seminars social media, etc, and to have a suitable approach to win the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operation teams, and suppliers) to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in renewable energy marketing.
- Align marketing goals with the company's overall strategy.
- Maintain brand identity across all platforms under control.
- Provide timely information to identify risks.
- Set goals regarding content production according to the company's policies and goals.
- Manage and produce advertising content for publication on social networks and implement campaigns.
- Present creative and innovative plans for the company's advertising goals.
- Present new solutions in digital marketing, improving processes, foresight, and market developments.
- Present the company's marketing goals, continuously monitor the progress of marketing plans, and supervise their implementation.
- Manage all marketing activities within the marketing department.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing management.
- Marketing project management knowledge and budget control.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
