Job Description

As a marketing operations manager, you own the end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing processes at our company. You will be working closely with the brand managers to determine their requirements to develop and execute different types of campaigns that include product launches, branding, digital marketing, and BTL campaigns among others. Besides strategizing, you will also be responsible for gathering all marketing materials and resources. Moreover, overseeing the work of external ad agencies is also your responsibility. Your fresh and strategic approach to representing the brand’s image plays an important role. The main tasks of this position are as follows:

Campaign:

  • Ideates and develops different BTL and ATL marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand managers and SCM.
  • Devises procedures for the proper implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Briefs content writers, samplers, graphic designers, and freelancers about the campaign requirements.
  • Identifies and sources freelance projects to external ad agencies or independent freelancers; builds strong long-lasting relationships.
  • Manages and completes BTL campaigns within the assigned budget.
  • Proofreads promotional materials prepared by the content and design team; cross-checks the accuracy of all marketing materials.
  • Ensures all campaigns reflect the brand’s image and voice.
  • Analyzes campaign performance and prepares a detailed report.
  • Determines KPIs and measures ROIs.
  • Acts as an ad-hoc between agencies and brand managers to identify, conceptualize, and execute marketing strategies.
  • Prepares campaign schedule and assigns timelines.
  • Gathers campaign information and resources; Implements improvement measures when required.
  • Coordinates with the marketing manager and brand management to review the status of the ongoing campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversees and strategizes all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing, (SEM) or Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, and Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
  • Measures the overall ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identifies current digital marketing trends and insights.
  • Develops creative digital marketing growth strategies in collaboration with the digital marketing supervisor and the BV team.
  • Helps in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g. click funnel, conversion funnel, etc).

Marketing Technology:

  • Manages marketing technology stack, including, but not limited to CRM, marketing automation platform, web content management system, lead platform, marketing analytics, and social media management tools in support of all programs.
  • Optimizes existing systems to ensure we are maximizing capabilities, partnering with IT and other key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing systems are meeting overall objectives.
  • Supports the deployment of new marketing technologies and tools.
  • Develops and maintains training plans for all users of the given technologies to ensure maximum efficiency and usability.

Content:

  • Designs content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
  • Undertakes content marketing initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborates with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in a same position.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other related fields.
  • Ability to design, plan, and execute effective campaigns.
  • Fluent in ATL, BTL, and TTL.
  • Familiar with digital marketing and CRM.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
