Job Description

This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth. The role is integral to increasing brand visibility, fostering collaboration, and creating value through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate partnership agreements to drive mutual value.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with current partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related queries.

Collaboration and Integration:

  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to execute partnership initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of partner services and offerings.

Reporting and Performance Measurement:

  • Track and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports to communicate outcomes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, sales, or similar roles.
