HYPE is looking for a detail-oriented marketing specialist to join our team. This role is focused on the day-to-day execution of ongoing marketing projects and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. This position does not require strategic decision-making but rather emphasizes effective execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of ongoing marketing projects and campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordination: Follow up with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress on assigned tasks. Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Regional Support in Marketing and Trade Marketing tasks: Provide follow-up and support for internal teams in our key markets in the Middle East, together with the trade marketing manager to facilitate effective communication and operations in these regions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports on market trends, competition, and social media performance. Use these insights to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Talent Pool Management: Assist in managing the talent pool of influencers and brand ambassadors. Maintain relationships and ensure they align with our brand values and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native Farsi speaker with communicative English skills (at least B2); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG or an agency environment.
  • Based in Tehran (or being able to commute to Tehran a few times a month, when needed).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
