Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced medical advisor to join our team. This role will serve as a bridge between the company and the medical community, providing scientific expertise, supporting product development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support the company’s products and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver medical education and training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide medical input into promotional materials and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of clinical trials and research projects.
- Review and approve medical content in marketing and communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Monitor and analyze scientific data, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to medical and ethical standards.
- Address medical inquiries and provide accurate, evidence-based information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree is required; specialization in a relevant field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical and scientific aspects of pharmaceutical products, particularly injectable drugs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex medical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply scientific data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
