Share emerging data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective, and balanced way.
Work with HCPs as partners in scientific activities that help advance disease understanding and are consistent with medical affairs strategy and objectives.
Interact in the field with the medical community in the context of various medical projects such as clinical trials, Non-Interventional Studies, Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs), and scientific exchange.
Identify potential speakers and train speakers as appropriate for local events
Provide recommendations for advisory board participants and serve as faculty/facilitators for advisory board meetings.
Conduct therapeutic area and product training for medical sales representatives.
Facilitate continuing medical education events for HCPs.
Undertake activities that contribute to the implementation of local Patient Risk Mitigation Plans.
Identify HCPs with the scientific expertise to collaborate on forward-thinking medical projects identified in strategic brand planning.
Adhere to internal standard processes and comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
MD, or a Pharmacist.
Experience as a medical science liaison is highly desirable.
Proficient in English skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Strong negotiation skills.
Advanced presentation skills.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
