Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with leading doctors who influence other doctors; these influential doctors are commonly referred to as KOLs.
Deliver scientific presentations.

Educate KOLs and other health care staff.
Support advisory boards.
Coordinate company-sponsored research/trials.
Competitive intelligence gathering.
Manage care activities.
Train and support sales and marketing forces.
Mentor and train new MSLs.
Requirements
Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Medical-related background, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or other related fields.
Extensive experience as a clinical researcher, pharmacist, or medical doctor.
At least 5 years of experience in a medical affairs or medical science role.
Well-established networks and active relationships with KOLs in oncology and/or endocrinology.
Understanding of compliance considerations.
Ability to work compliantly in a field-based role, within the medical organization, as well as across the commercial organization.
