Job Description

The main purpose of the job:

• Network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bank branches and data centers

• Implement, configure, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy network solutions that align with business goals.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
• Stay abreast of emerging networking technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in our network environment.
• Maintain reporting, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Communicate throughout the incident ticket lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose problems.
• Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Work in 12-hour rotational night shifts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to be on-call.
• In-depth knowledge of CCNP ENCORE and ENARSI is a must; CCIE is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, FHRP, VSS, STACKWISE, VPC), with a focus on Cisco technologies.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a strong track record of maintaining and troubleshooting complex network and data center infrastructures.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Cacti, and PRTG.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and ACI technologies, as well as CCNP DCCOR, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
• Stress handling, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring junior team members.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a large-scale enterprise or service-provider network.
• An end-of-service card is mandatory for men.
