About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee the planning, design, and coordination of new product launches. This role involves close collaboration with scientific and sales teams to support the development and market introduction of new pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all distribution channel activities before, during, and after the launch of new products.
- Collect and analyze data to assist the Sales & Marketing Planning Manager in defining long-term marketing strategies for new products.
- Develop methods to effectively introduce products to key pharmacy influencers and ensure comprehensive product awareness.
- Monitor the progress of new drug projects and ensure proper evaluation during the development phase.
- Provide detailed reports on product launches, including customer feedback, to relevant managers and scientific teams.
- Organize meetings with the scientific and sales teams to ensure full understanding of new products.
- Maintain comprehensive records for each pharmacy, including sales tracking and preparation before market visits.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of newly launched products for at least six months post-launch (including sales performance, coverage, and coordination with scientific teams to ensure product availability in target pharmacies).
- Gain thorough knowledge of new products and create training materials for the Adorateb sales staff.
- Design and execute advertising campaigns for new product launches.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products.
- In-depth understanding of product development processes.
