Job Description
- Monitor network Infrastructure and services performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made.
- Responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates and timely communication during the life-cycle of the incident ticket.
- Maintain reporting, documentation, issue resolution, communication, and client satisfaction.
- Working hours: day and night rotational shifts.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 33 years old.
- Gender preference: Male.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar fields.
- At least three years of experience in IT or service provider companies.
- Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNP Enterprise, MTCNA, and MTCWE.
- Hands-on experience with Mikrotik and Cisco platforms.
- Past experience working with monitoring tools (PRTG, NetFlow Analyzer, Syslog Analyzer, etc.).
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation.
- Ability to work well with other groups to support services and maintain network infrastructure.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems.
- Communicate with customers to identify requirements.
- Intermediate English knowledge.
