Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, well-organized, detail-oriented, and experienced office secretary.

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing phone and e-mail traffic.
  • Welcoming the guests,
  • Following and realizing the purchasing demands in case of necessity
  • Internal/external meeting minutes
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar job.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Good user of MS Office.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent and good verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated.
