Operations Executive – Arsen Logistics

Arsen Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our international transport team.

Responsibilities:
• Daily follow-up and monitoring of shipments
• Communication with suppliers, customers, and the company’s Sofia office
• Updating and maintaining the internal operating system
• Coordinating operational processes and shipment status reports

Requirements:
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Turkish language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Previous experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
