Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to provide data-driven solutions to improve logistics planning
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that decisions are made and actions that will allow our operations to run as effectively as possible.
• Lead and coordinate a team of data analysists.
• Provide training and guidance to the data analysis team.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
• Familiarity with optimization models in logistics.
• Technical proficiency regarding data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Ability to re-prioritize regularly to remain current with business needs.
