Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for both the quantity and quality of the communications both visual and written that are happening between brands and sellers, so you have to standardize and improve the communication efforts of our organization. It should be mentioned that the communication supervisor who works for DK should make sure that their employer’s marketing and communication initiatives accurately represent their brand, so you have to collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop strategies for engaging with sellers or internal company employees. Your job is to oversee the marketing and communication budget, manage publication calendars, Crisis management, and delegate assignments among your team members. Also, you will be responsible for looking for ways to improve communication efficiency, using the best tools to communicate, having regular reports from all touch points, and mediums, and integrating all types of communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardizing Communication Efforts: Develop and implement standardized communication processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Brand Representation: Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure that all marketing and communication initiatives accurately represent the Digikala brand.
  • Creative Design and Copywriting: Oversee the creation of engaging content and visuals for communication materials, including advertisements, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Customer Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Publication Calendars: Maintain publication calendars to schedule communication activities and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication strategies and protocols to effectively manage communication during challenging situations.
  • Team Management: Delegate assignments among team members, provide guidance and support, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve communication efficiency, including the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Reporting and Integration: Collect regular reports from all communication touchpoints and mediums, and integrate various communication channels for a cohesive and comprehensive approach.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of senior experience in related areas (social media, communications, and PR).
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, or any related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
  • Understanding of seller loyalty programs and proficiency in initiating and managing them effectively.
  • Participating in new projects and overseeing their planning, organization, and execution across all stages.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports and attending meetings to present and analyze data.
  • A confident communicator and presenter.
  • Superior project management and time management skills.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
