Responsibilities:

• Take strong ownership of the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
• Prioritize, negotiate, and eliminate impediments to ensure successful feature launches that align with our business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and launch new products. This includes preparing product specifications, coordinating development activities, and tracking project progress.
• Manage the entire feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Gain deep insights into customer experiences, identify product gaps, and develop solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
• Own and drive the product’s quarterly goals, continually monitoring performance and generating hypotheses to achieve targets.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, providing support to the development team as needed.
• Maintain a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders regarding product changes and updates.
