Prepare briefs to advertising agencies as and when required; to select the most effective campaign via market testing of concept and message.
KOL and opinion leader contact to maximize Darmanyab product performance in the respective therapeutic field.
Comply with relevant legislation, ethical standards, and company policies.
Liaise with relevant staff in medical, regulatory affairs, sales, and other functions to ensure that cross-functional communication is of high quality and that company goals are met.
Maintain and improve product knowledge of the salesforce and field managers and continually update knowledge on the product, competitors, and therapeutic area
Achieve targets for sales, profit contribution, and market penetration for an assigned product(s).
Measure and monitor new campaigns for their effectiveness by individual customers or groups via the integrated market information system.
Allocate optimal resources to the specified brand and ensure that resource allocation is in harmony with identified key success factors.
Set budgets for and control allocated promotional expenditure for the product(s).
Requirements
Scientific background (Medicine, Pharmacy, etc.) and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or other related fields.
More than 5 years of managerial experience in a pharma environment, preferably in the medicinal supplements area.
Proven experience as a product manager, having successfully designed and implemented product/product plans – preferably including a launch – is a plus.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Effective forecasting, and budgeting skills.
