Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, ensuring product quality and usability.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product ideas.
• Communicate product vision to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Manage the product lifecycle and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a product manager within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools.
