Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance product features.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to the development team.
• Collaborate with IT business analysts and ERP system specialists to integrate product solutions.
• Utilize BPMN 2.0 and RDBMS expertise to optimize product workflows and databases.
• Develop and maintain connections with stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts.
• Manage HR and financial system integration to enhance product functionalities.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• A detailed understanding of business finance and human capital in the management of large EPC projects.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions to improve processes and products.
• Mastery of the technologies and solutions used.
• Experience in project scheduling, planning, and control.
• Mastery of the methodologies, agile framework, and tools used in software analysis, design, and development.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
• Experience with IT business analysis and ERP Systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with BMPN 2.0 and related technologies.
• Proficient in managing HR and financial systems within product frameworks.
• Excellent connection skills to interface with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and database management.
