Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our marketing and sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and develop strategies to enhance market penetration and customer engagement.
- Manage product lifecycle, including launch planning, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization.
- Liaise with the R&D and regulatory teams to ensure timely product development and compliance with market requirements.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to understand market needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and market positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance product strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, market analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
