Job Description

HYPE is looking for an experienced production consultant who can assure the high-quality standards and outstanding premium taste of our functional products in situ on the local production premises.

Roles:

• Visit the relevant production factory in CIS, ME, and Afghanistan and ensure it fulfills the company’s standards.
• Supervise the Hype productions as mandated by the company and in respect of each such production.
• Supervise and control in-and outcome of Hype ingredients (during production periods, update on raw materials used, leftover and finished product).
• Provide weekly stock reports of finished products and raw materials (production date and lot number) including compound, trays, cans, and, bulk ingredients.
• Supervise can and tray designs and orders.
• Supervise the whole production plants, machines, mixing instruments and rooms and report changes to the company.
• Review and share with the company all production reports and analyses made by the CoPackers (Quality of Compound, CoAs, etc) — timeline: manufacturing reports (production reports) incl. part of quality (chemical information as Brix, pH, etc.), to be sent within 2 working days after the production, CoA within 7 working days after the production.
• Analyze all co-packer’s bulk ingredients.
• Provide access to the product data sheet of all bulk ingredients and packaging materials used in the products.
• Inform the team about possible issues (quality, delay, incidents) that occur before, during, or after filling on the same business day.
• Ensure that the official production procedure, provided by flavor houses, is being followed during production runs.
• Supervise new orders (purchase of Hype ingredients as per distributor’s forecast/firm order/security stock).
• Supervise bulk ingredients and compounds arrive in good quality and pass information regarding temperature recorders of compounds to the Company directly after arrival.
• Supervise the company’s product license and permission and report to manufacturing/sales.
• Provide support in the resolution of quality claims and non-conformance reports.

Conditions:

The production consultant will be paid a minimum of USD500 per month, based on 10 working days per month, where services shall be rendered either from the consultant’s premises, traveling, or at the relevant production factories (in Afghanistan, CIS countries, or the Middle East). If more than 10 days of service are required from the consultant, these will be paid by Hype at a rate of USD50 per each additional day of effective work carried out by the consultant.
