POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensuring that the production is carried out as per the Production Supervisor’s instructions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Responsible for ensuring personal safety & safety of others under his responsibility always in the working area. Assist Operator I in conducting risk assessments that are up to date, risk predictions that are done when required, and updating the safety map on a regular basis.
- Responsible for doing all operations as per QMS, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Responsible for ensuring cleaning & hygiene of the area including equipment, floor, doors, windows, etc. as per GMP and HACCP is constantly followed. Responsible for NGMP, NQMS, and maintaining FTR as per target.
- Responsible for vertical setup & startup of equipment, supporting the development of the team's functional competencies as backups for his machine and controlling operational parameters, and maintaining documentation for traceability. Responsible for eliminating unplanned stoppages and optimizing planned stoppages & rework to achieve AI targets.
- Responsible for daily physical closing & cross-checking of materials as per SAP reports, secure accuracy of data entry and FIFO followed, and responsible for accurate capturing of material consumption on SAP. Ensure that consumption of raw & packaging materials as per standard loss & support the projects to achieve "Zero" waste.
