Job Description

Purpose:

S/he is responsible for providing production plans on a monthly and weekly basis, by considering rolling sales forecasts and sales changes, providing annual and 3-year strategic production plans, and controlling M/P capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Assure daily business make-pack production planning, 18-month production overview, capacity planning (maintenance planning, training, etc.), and AP/SP activities.
• Responsible for daily make pack and Filter production planning for 3 months, update weekly production plan.
• Assure maker and packer trend follow-up to balance FG inventory and production contingency.
• Perform any other tasks as might be assigned by your direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinking and systematic approach, product knowledge, advanced computer skills (advanced Excel and Access and PP), quality management systems, and SPC techniques.
